the monsters inside us.

The monsters don't live under the beds,
they live inside us
its dark even if the eyes are wide awake
they take the life out of us wich we do ourselves,
not because we want to we want to end the pain,
they cause us.
its a trap either you win or die trying.
and not everyone is as strong that we think they could be
there is a lot of misunderstanding in life
and perhaps no communication between feelings and thoughts
we are human not robot
look out for eachother
there are to many lifes lost
the age is getting younger..
we need to help the people who are confronting the monsters inside us
a helping hand with love and care would be such a huge thing.
we can do this but together.
