One day you will win

You try to hide your real face with a mask every day,
but I see right trough it.
You hide away your pain,
but I know it's there, Im not stupid.
You try to hold in your tears so badly,
but sometimes that's just impossible.
But Im the one who sees them,
I hear your desperate call.
Sometimes you hope all this is just a bad dream,
you try to wake up and scream.
And I might not always be the mouth who gives you the awnser,
but I'll always be a listening ear.
So just tell me if something's bothering you,
tell me about your fear.
I can´t take away your pain,
maybe soften it a little at best.
But I am not the one who can
relieve the pain in your chest.
Life isn´t always fair,
but never let it cause you to give in.
Cause if you just keep fighting,
one day you will win.
