The first day, when I saw your face,
I knew you were special.
Even when I was giving up all the faith.
You gave me strength.

I don't know how you did it,
but it helped.
It made me feel human again.
Like you freed me from my curse.

Even when I don't know you that well,
I hope it still works out.
'Cause I know that I like you,
But that's how I feel about it.

And even when this poem
doesn't rhyme,
I just needed
a little time,
To find my
inner strength,
