Every time when I look into your eyes
Behind all of your smiles
I hear a voice say please don’t hurt me
With echo’s say I pray to God he heard me

All I can say is that you’re not the same
When we held her hand it made us feel good
Now, all of my smiles are real, I try to claim
While your heart is in an unhappy mood
