People laugh,
people cry,
people live,
people die.

We know this from the start,
that we have to let people go.
They always dump, cheat, die or just leave,
but at the end there all gone.

Just like you who said: "I love you."
I'm sure you meant it at the time.
You said: "Untill forever."
But now you're no longer mine.

Cause two weeks after that,
came the text that made the end.
"It's not working, sorry,
forever, your best friend."

But did you really thougt,
that friends hurt eachother so bad,
that in the middle of the night,
you made an end at what we had.

I looked you up on the internet.

Her name was Eva,
a name I'll never forget.

You wrote to her: "I love you."
and she wrote it to you.

So though you may have forgotten me,
I will never forget you.
