Almighty God

When I was lost, I cried Your name loud
There You were, You heard my shout
You didn't hesitate, came to my aid right away
You let Your Light shine in that darkest day
You lifted me up, Your arms holding me strong
Guiding my way, just where I belong
Yes, You’re always by my side, now I know
As I stay in You, my trust for You will grow

Once I was lost, but I’ve found Your grace
I can feel Your love in every place
You draw me closer, Your arms held me
Oh my Great God, I felt Your gentle touch
I felt Your grace that has set me free
You care for me deeply, I love You so much
You are the brightest Light, that’s on my way
In Your warm embrace I will always stay

Storms may come, but no, I won’t fear
Because Your strength is keeping me near
You shelter me through night and day
In Your strong arms, I’m carried on my way
My hands lifted, raised to heavens high
My eyes raised up through the sky
My voice joining in, in the new song
Together we honor Your love so pure and strong

Bound by faith and trust in You I stand
Holding on tight to Your guiding hand
Every small and big step with You I take
It’s Your Almighty love I won’t forsake
Every heart on earth shall feel Your grace
Every soul on earth will find its place
In Your loving and guiding light we find our way
Forever and ever more with You we'll stay

Oh my Almighty God, I will sing Your Name
I will praise You, through my life I shall proclaim
And go all the way, till the end of all my days
God You are worth it, Your love forever stays
I praise You for Your sacrifice of mercy
I praise You for all You have done, You are worthy
I praise You, because before You, every knee will bow
My Great God, only In You the victory has won!
