My tonal disability

there are people that ridicule my poems
but my poems meet up to standards
I'm not fed up with famous Zheng's comments
and why are master Mao's explanations ignored
I don't hate it that people rarely understand
I merely regret my lack of appreciative friends
if the first two of five notes were done away with
I couldn't be dismissed for my disability
when I happen to meet a bright-eyed person
my poems will circulate all over the world

yŏu rén xiào wŏ shī
wŏ shī hé diăn-yă
bù fán zhèng shì jiān
qĭ yòng máo gōng jiĕ
bù hèn huì rén xī

ruò qiăn chèn gōng shāng
yú bìng mò néng bà
hū yù míng yăn rén
jí zì liú tiān xià

not hate/regret understand people rare
merely because know-sound [bosom-friend] lack
if expel pursue/use 1st-note-of-5 2nd-note-of-5
my disease/defect not can/could dismiss
sudden meet bright eye person
then self [what's mine] flow/circulate sky under [China/world]"
