[412.] Yo'dha puññca pÄpañca ubho saá¹…gaṃ upaccagÄ
Asokaṃ virajaṃ suddhaṃ tamahaṃ brÅ«mi brÄhmaṇaṃ.
-- Free translation --
Who here in this sad soil and mortal coil
has overcome the need for repute and dispute
that one I call a clean brahman.
-- More literal translation --
Who no more clings to both merit and conflict
free from sadness and self-reproach
— that one I call a clean brahman.
Translation: 白ç‹
"who here merit-and-hindrance-both-attachment has overcome
sadnessless stainless clean him/her-I call-I brahman."
suddhaṃ can be read as a direct adjective to brÄhmaṇaṃ
