migrating birds.

hà ni kakáru / kúmo yà shibáshi no / watári-dorÃ.
"Sun being covered / cloud -- of-a-while / migrating bird(s)."
In stead of opertus > defectus = darkened, eclipsed.
Migrating bird = avis advena (having come) and
avis abiens (going/leaving) or avis (de-)migrans (moving away)

tsukà súmu yà / kitsúne [ni] kowágáru / chigó no tómo.
[sumu (becomes clear) is short for suñde iru (is becoming clear).]
"Moon becomes-clear -- /
by-fox feeling-nervous/afraid (on his guard) /
catamite (boy-lover) 's/of friend/lover."
