There is an annoying emptiness
It hurts, deep down below
Slowly it’s taking over my time
And deciding my ways to go

This confronting emptiness
It’s being there all day
Caused by betrayal, caused by hate.
Yes, that’s the game we play

It’s the person who denies me,
But does know that I’m here
The person of the emptiness,
Full of tension and of fear

Affection pulled him close to me
But frightening pushed him off
Confusion turns his thoughts and heart
And reasoning is tough

But at the end, when all is done
And no one remembers when,
This story had actually begun
We’ll never meet again
