Snowflake Time is something we think we can comprehend But our life-time is simply too short to live that in full extent Our earth is estimated to be 4.4 billion years old Not even close for what our sun beholds The dinosaurs ruled the earth 65 million years ago But vanished by an devastated asteroid blow In fact they were longer on earth then we are now And losing from them is what we clearly allow We find ourselves such an intelligent being But we’re still searching for our meaning We can’t even take care of our own kind Cause we’re arrogant, greedy and selfishly blind We had two worldwide wars and it’s not to stop It’s not about “if†but when does the next one drop Thousands if not millions of life’s will die in vain And there’s simply no asteroid to blame Time has not given us the key to peace Our destruction on earth is only increased Time will continue on devour and take Our history forgotten as a single ------------------------snowflake-------------------------- |
