We all have a dream, when we are young. Pilot, fireman, police-officer, Maybe even becoming the president. A lie was never this big. Joyful, we play when we are young. Cracking our minds, we study. Stressful, we work day by day. And at the end we look back. A truth that has been said by words many times. It does not involve anything shocking. It's just the truth. We are different, but we are the same. Aren’t we the same, Because we speak the same language in our eyes, Aren’t we the same. Because we breath the same air, Aren’t we the same Because we have the same thoughts in our minds. Aren’t we the same, Because in my dream we all share the same dream? Dit is meer een overtuiging dan een gedicht. Het is een gedicht, maar het volgt totaal geen logica. Wel een doel en een ideaal, maar het is voor iedereen anders interpreteerbaar. Het gaat er niet om wat ik vind, het gaat er niet om wat grammaticaal en 'de regels van het gedicht' ervan vinden, het gaat erom wat jij vindt. Het gedicht heeft als uitgangspunt gelijkheid. Dat is het ideaal, hoe je het interpreteert, dat is jouw verhaal |
