As I looked into her eyes I knew right away something in me changed. The way she looked at me, the way she made me feel. It was all so perfect. But of course, things weren’t that simple. She had someone, and I had someone. It wasn’t meant to be. After days, weeks and even months of thinking everything was OK, it happened. We just finished work, and I needed to close the gate. I asked her to join me, and in the dark alleyway, I kissed her. My feelings said it was all right. This was love, this was two souls connecting like no other. This was me, in my weakest state. Defenseless and helpless. And that’s how it all began.. |
