As time goes by.
I hear your wisper,
But don’t know why.

It’s all or nothing,
Ante’s up,
No second thought,
No time to stop.

Another day runs by,
The story’s still the same.
Waiting for the sun to come,
While standing in the rain.

Running in circles,
And driving till dawn.
Listening carefully,
To an endless yawn
