You 'nd me

It's always been you and me , and me and you ,
I love you and you tell me every day that you love me too.
Even though we're far a part ,
I feel you here with me in my heart.
There was never a problem but now we have decisions to make ,
I really don't want us to grow a part but there's a road that leads to another direction than yours that I need to take.
I know it's just as hard for you as it is for me , this is something we didn't planned ,
It's important that we try whatever it takes to make it work because in this situation it's something you need to understand.
If this doesn't work out there's no you 'nd me anymore ,
Which means that the door closes that has been open before.
