At night my world,
Is the most wonderful world,
Because you’re with me,
I know it’s just in my mind,
I pretend you’re here,
But I hope,
That sometime in the future,
It will be the truth,
And we will never be apart,
And at night,
I’m lying into your arms,
You whisper into my ear,
That you love me,
And that you’re happy,
With your life right now,
And that you wish,
You can make the time,
Never to go back on turning again,
But now at night,
I’m just on my own,
No arms around me,
And no sweet words into my ear,
But I hope it will chance really soon.
