Chaos

in my head
is chaos
a lot of chaos
and I don't even know why
but it makes me sad
but also angry

it's breaking me down
people are asking whats wrong?
And I say nothing
but my head says something different
it's hurting
I want to scream

so can anybody help me?
To find myself back?
Because I lost myself
I want somebody to understand me
but it's hard to say whats wrong
because I don't even know it
